Dipl. Ac. & C.H. Phyllis Bloom is a licensed Chinese Medical practitioner who has been studying since 1980. She began her apprenticeship with Dr. Leon Hammer shortly thereafter and has been involved in the intensive program of pulse diagnosis through the Dragon Rises Seminars for 11 years.
