This was followed by a fifth year of further training and research earning him an honours degree. Training at ICOM includes extensive training in medical science, as well as both Five Element acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and this is the only college in the world to also teach the system known as Stems & Branches. Oliver is also trained to Advanced level in CranioSacral Therapy, is a member of the ACSTA, the International Association of Healthcare Practitioners, and the British Acupuncture Council. He currently practices in the New Forest on the south coast of England and also near his home in Wales, where Contemporary Chinese Pulse Diagnosis forms the foundation of his practice. Oliver continues his advanced studies with Dr. Hammer in Florida, and has also worked with him on a forthcoming handbook of Contemporary Chinese Pulse Diagnosis.
